  1. التعليم والشهادات:
    • درجة البكالوريوس في نظم المعلومات، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
    • شهادات معتمدة من SAP في وحدة SD/CX تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  2. الخبرة والمعرفة التقنية:
    • خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في تطبيقات SAP SD/CX وفهم عميق لعمليات المبيعات وخدمة العملاء.
    • معرفة واسعة بوحدات SAP الأخرى مثل MM (Material Management) وFI (Financial Accounting) والتكامل بينها.
  3. التواصل والتحليل:
    • مهارات تواصل ممتازة للتفاعل مع العملاء وفرق العمل الداخلية وتحديد متطلبات العمل.
