Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Project and Development Services (PDS) team in Riyadh. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing the progress and coordination of a package or individual project. The successful candidate will support the development of the client brief and Project Execution Plans, deliver full design management, manage local government approvals, administer complex building contracts, and ensure projects are delivered within the framework of risk, sustainability, and environmental considerations.

Responsibilities:

Support the development of the client brief and Project Execution Plans to suit the specific requirements of the project. Deliver full design management and manage design teams in developing design solutions that meet the client's expectations and budget. Manage and handle the local government approvals process. Administer complex building contracts, proactively managing and confirming the compliance of contractors/consultants to the contract terms and conditions. Assist with the compilation of tender documents, critically review tender returns, conduct contract negotiations, award contracts, and provide client reporting. Adhere to project documentation, programs, master budgets, and other relevant guidelines. Produce reports at various stages of the projects to ensure effective communication and decision-making. Deliver projects within the agreed framework of risk, sustainability, and environmental considerations, while maintaining focus on time, cost, and quality. Monitor and report on the contractor's progress against the contract program. Manage consultant teams to ensure the contractor's design is in compliance with the contract. Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. Strong understanding of design management, contract administration, and government approvals processes. Proven ability to manage complex building contracts and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of local regulations and building codes in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic. Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are desirable.
