Summary:

The
Branch Manager has overall responsibility for effectively managing all facets of a particular gym location to include customer satisfaction, effective recruitment, selection, training of the staff, employee personnel issues, sales, membership solicitation, facility cleanliness while ensuring the club is achieving projected membership goals as well as all other established financial and operational goals.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service in a high volume retail environment through personal actions and development of the staff.
  • Provide effective decision making regarding customer service issues as per company policy.
  • Plan and promote special events for the gym on a monthly basis, using Corporate Marketing as needed.
  • Hold weekly department meetings with the Head of every department.
  • Inspect facility daily for cleanliness using the gym daily walkthrough list.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean and operationally sound.
  • Ensure the functionality of equipment with the maintenance department on a monthly basis using the maintenance checklist.
  • Establish and maintain the company protocol for sales tours and price presentation.
  • Establishes and maintain an active referral system with the sales team.
  • Develop and retain Corporate client relationships through the sales team on a monthly basis.
  • Oversee the Sales Manager in the hiring, training, and development of the sales staffs.
  • Helps generate sales leads.
  • Attends daily production meetings with the sales team.
  • Audit sales team on a monthly basis in coordination with Marketing Manager.
  • Maintain an acceptable level of personal production.
  • Reviews monthly schedule of training, sales promotions, and department meetings.

Requirement:

  • Preferably Saudi citizen.
  • Located in Dammam, Al Khobar, Dharan or nearby areas.
  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration.
  • Acquired courses in Operations, Management or any relevant.
  • Above 10 years experience in similar role with background in Fitness Industry.
  • Able to join the Company immediately.
