Senior Procurement Manager, Pds Projects

Job Title:
Senior Procurement Manager
Provide project management expertise to coordinate and conduct process audits, reviews, and refreshes to ensure procurement processes are being followed as intended and remain aligned with the organization's current business needs.
Manage and analyze the results of audits and reviews, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement corrective action plans as necessary.
Work closely with internal staff to ensure the efficient and timely completion of all procurement activities.Conduct regular meetings to discuss contracts and procurement matters, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Establish open lines of communication with internal departments to understand their unique requirements and preferences.
Identify and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to procurement activities, utilizing best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to the development, implementation, alignment, and enhancement of the supplier network capabilities for all spend categories to achieve broader business objectives.
Collaborate with the Procurement Lead Team to drive and develop significant sustainable cost-saving programs and implement business strategies that support cost management objectives.
Execute an industry best-in-class Category Management methodology for all assigned categories, uncovering and leveraging savings opportunities.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement).
MRICS or MCIOB certification.
Minimum of 15 years' experience in contracts and procurement management.
Strong knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and supply chain principles.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
