Job Summary

Responsible for the quality of the products offered by the company to meet the requirements of customers and to ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with legal standards and approved policies by conducting some special activities used in the detection of materials and products and their properties in accordance with the established standards and carrying out corrective actions under the supervision of the Quality Specialist.

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Issuing reports about visits to the restaurant and branches, clarifying violations, if any, and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the examination of raw materials supplied to the laboratory and to ensure the quality of the materials used and whether they match the specifications or not, and to ensure that the required health certificates are obtained.
  • Develop effective quality control processes.
  • Determining the requirements of raw materials and products provided by suppliers.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
  • Oversee all product development procedures to determine error rate and quality standards.
  • Maintaining company documents and accuracy in dealing with statistical procedures and analyzes.
Any other tasks assigned to him by the authority and related to his field of work

Job incumbent specification

Education:

High School or diploma in any related field

Practical experience:

  • Previous experience in restaurants is preferred.
  • Experience in the Saudi market.

Languages:
Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is preferred, both spoken and written.

Professional knowledge:

  • Dealing with accuracy and assuming responsibilities.
  • Be careful to follow up on the details and analyze the results.
  • The ability to communicate distinctly with the work team.

  • Commitment to the requirements of the municipality and the absence of any violations.
  • Accurate periodic reports and corrective actions to improve the process in accordance with the approved policies and procedures and to avoid violations.
  • Inspection and periodic visits to ensure that quality standards are met for storage in warehouses.
