S3, Inc.) is a woman owned small business founded in 1991, headquartered in Huntsville, AL, that provides technical, programmatic, and logistics services to US Department of Defense, other US Government Agencies, and Partner Nation militaries, co-located with Government requirements.**
S3 has 3 wholly owned subsidiaries: KBFS- provides aviation pilot training, heavy lift, aircraft maintenance, and related aircraft services to Government and commercial requirements IAW multiple FAA certifications; S3I- OCONUS FMS technical services, maintenance, and aviation platform training; and, GLSS- SCA/CBA contract aviation.

_ S3 _Arabia is seeking a Project Management Professional
to support our aviation programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes, designs, develops, coordinates, staffs and publishes plans, policies, programs and other procedural documents in support of Airfield Support Services Operations.
  • Manages the personnel and administrative processes for AFSS personnel: times sheets, employee performance assessments, feedback guidance, contract negotiation, and organizational advice.
  • Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement division and organizational policies and procedures to maximize performance. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures. Monitors all contract deliverable requirements(CDRL) as stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Drafts and submits CDRL reports as required by the contract.
  • Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities.

Independence:

Reports to the Airfield Support Services Division Manager. Works within the policies and procedures of the contract. Able to select and implement goals and objectives within the execution of duties and responsibilities.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Manages and supervises assigned subordinates. Mentors and coaches subordinate managers in supervisory responsibilities.

Education Level:

  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of college level courses, military training and job site experience may be substituted.
  • Graduate of Officer, Warrant Officer, or Noncommissioned Officer Advanced Course required.
  • Preferred Internal Auditor certification in ISO 9001 or AS9100, required 1year experience working within an internationally recognized quality management system.
  • PMP certified or able to attain certification within first year.

Experience:

  • Eight years' experience directly involved with aviation and its employment.
  • Experience in operations, training development and management.
  • Minimum of oneyear experience in the company for program familiarity required, two years at current jobsite desired.

Specific knowledge, skills, ability:

  • Knowledge of policies, principles, and procedures of military staff organization and operations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
  • Ability to deal effectively with people in the completion of staff functions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Knowledge of pertinent KSA (Labor Law), SANG and OPM-SANG operational procedures concerning job related activities desired.
  • Proficient in MS Office Professional software required (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook and Publisher).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and SharePoint highly desired.
  • Possess a valid drivers' license.
