Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Technical Advisor - Vehicles Fleet to provide consulting services to improve the efficiency of managing the Client's vehicle fleet (movable assets) which are estimated to be around 10K+ vehicles.

A technical advisor can help ensure that the automated system for managing the fleet of vehicles is functioning optimally and efficiently, minimizing downtime and costs, and ultimately contributing to the success of the project.

The purpose is to offer guidance on the system's technical features, functionalities, and limitations, and suggest ways to optimize its performance.

By establishing an effective reporting system between the technical advisor and project manager, the project team can ensure that technical issues are being addressed proactively, project goals are being met, and the automated system for managing the fleet of vehicles is functioning optimally.

This role is part of 19 consultants' team and will be based in Riyadh.
Key Accountabilities
Develop the operational model, governance, roles and responsibilities of the maintenance team in each branch.
Take the necessary measures to provide spare parts, tires, maintenance materials, machinery and equipment for various workshops.

Coordinate between all branches to ensure that all maintenance works have been carried out in accordance with technical specifications and in a timely manner.

Prepare periodic reports on the progress of work and existing problems and propose solutions to the same.
Responsible for providing technical guidance and expertise on fleet management technologies, systems, and equipment.
Should be responsible for designing and configuring fleet management systems that meet the project requirements.
Should be responsible for selecting and procuring the appropriate equipment and technology required for the project.
Should be responsible for testing and evaluating the fleet management systems and equipment to ensure they meet project requirements.

Responsible for providing training and support to project team members and end-users on the use and maintenance of the fleet management systems and equipment.

Should be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during the project.

Should be responsible for documenting technical decisions, preparing reports, and communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on technical aspects of the project.

Degree holder of Engineering
10 years minimum work experience in similar role

Deep understanding of the automated system being used to manage the fleet of vehicles, including the hardware and software components, system architecture, and functionalities.

He/ She should also have experience in troubleshooting technical issues and developing solutions to optimize system performance.

Should have experience in inventory management, including tracking and monitoring inventory levels and identifying opportunities to optimize inventory management practices.

Should have experience in coding and programming, including reviewing and optimizing code, troubleshooting programming issues, and developing strategies to improve system performance.

Should have strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify patterns, analyse data, and develop insights to optimize system performance and reduce costs.
