Some details about this position:

  • NoDialysis experience is required.
  • Training may take place in afacility or a training clinic other than your assigned homeclinic
  • Potential to float to various clinics during and afteryour training
  • You must have a flexible schedule and be able towork mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

  • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practicerequired
  • Current CPR certification required
  • IVcertification required if required by state regulations
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required
  • Completed trainingprogram approved by the medical director and the governing body asrequired by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatmentsystem
  • BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required bystate regulation
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a hospitalor clinical setting preferred
  • Basic computer skills andproficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency incomputer systems of DaVita within 90 days of hire required)
  • DaVita requires teammates to comply with Federal and Staterequirements related to vaccination against Covid-19. This includesbeing up to date with vaccinations or having a qualified medicalexemption. For our teammates who work to support in-patient treatmentsin hospital or healthcare systems, there may be additional boosterrequirements prior to providing patient care services.

Salary/ Wage Range
$28.00 -$40.00 / hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number offactors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competenciesand experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
