SUMMARY OF THE ROLE


This position is responsible to maintain assets in accordance with common technical practice and manufacturers' requirements to ensure right equipment reliability.

The position has to follow local, regional, segment, and Group (especially HSEQ), requirements, objectives and guidelines for how the work shall be performed.

This position is based in Yanbu & will report to the Maintenance Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute maintenance tasks following the standards and procedures ensuring the right quality in the most effective way.
  • Actively participate in root cause analysis of reoccurring and critical breakdowns and failures as well as Troubleshoot the faults individually. To provide maintenance support to of production lines.
  • Must have an understanding of the basics of Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Mechanical systems and troubleshooting of Pumps, Gearboxes, blowers, fans, seals and bearings.
  • Support the multiple shifts and conduct the emergency maintenance, electrical and mechanical repairs as and when required.
  • Support the Commission process for new assets based on the requirement HSEQ and engineering standards with work permit procedures.
  • Provide support in different PLC Programming languages, control networks, Industrial control systems and reading and understanding basic mechanical and pneumatic diagrams and drawings.
  • Give inputs for data updates in the Matrix Maintenance System, with focus on Preventive Maintenance actions, Standard Jobs and spare part lists.
  • Provide support to update all the necessary records of maintenance, estimation through CMMS computerized maintenance management system.

Qualification:

  • Vocational Technical course or Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Electromechanical)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Electromechanical and Industrial facility maintenance.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English both verbally and written
  • Location: Yanbu
