- تعرف وتجند وإنشاء شركاء ذوي إمكانات عالية لتالي والعمل معهم عن كثب لتأسيس تالي كمنتج مفضل للبيع معهم
- ضمان تجربة عملاء مرضية
- نقل المعرفة وتنفيذ برامج وسياسات المنظمة مع الشركاء
- تخطيط أنشطة / أحداث توليد الرصاص مع الشركاء لاستقطاب عملاء جدد
- تأسيس دورة مراجعة دورية مع الشركاء.
- ضمان فهم كامل لعملاء الشريك ، ملفهم الشخصي وما إلى ذلك
- نشر التحديثات المتعلقة بالعمل إلى جميع أصحاب المصلحة
- تتبع ومعرفة المعلومات حول المنافسين وأنشطتهم في السوق
- معرفة باتجاهات السوق وديناميات السوق في القطاع التشغيلي

- درجة البكالوريوس في التجارة / التسويق / المحاسبة أو تخصص ذي صلة من جامعة معترف بها
- قد يكون MBA ميزة إضافية
- توزيع الأجهزة IT / إدارة الشركاء في دكا
- مهارات اتصال شفهية وكتابية ممتازة ، مهارات بيع جيدة وتفاوض
- خبرة في إدارة الشركاء
