RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.Design user interfaces and interactive elements for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and design best practices.Work closely with developers to implement designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products and platforms.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.

QUALIFICATION:

Proficiency in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for data-centric applicationsStrong skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch)Experience in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision). Knowledge of front-end development is a plus. Knowledge of Palantir Foundry and AIP app development is preferred. Experience with Javascript and Typescript UX frameworks (vuejs, react, etc) is a plus. Experience with Tableau, Looker, Quik is a plus. Vertical: Technology
