As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to our clients and ensuring their HCM systems are running efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise on Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Self-Service.
  • Understand and fulfill clients' requirements through business analysis and design.
  • Perform endtoend testing and ensure that results meet business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and support.
  • Experience in managing Oracle HCM projects from the requirements gathering phase to the postproduction support phase.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and practices.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL and PL/SQL programming.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Arabic Native is highly recommended.
