Responsibilities:

  • Administer purchasing and receiving procedures.
  • Analyze service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct staff performance assessment process.
  • Contribute to innovation process within own scope of work in the business unit.

  • Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement loss/risk prevention.
  • Lead team to implement change.
  • Manage and implement business continuity plans.
  • Manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures.
  • Manage cost and quality controls.
  • Manage crisis situations.
  • Manage customer service.
  • Manage food and beverage operations.
  • Manage site/outlet and equipment maintenance.
  • Manage training.
  • Participate in dispute resolution.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, critical thinker and problemsolving skills.
  • Team player with good timemanagement skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
  • Confidence to train new members of staff.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Coffee certification/education experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication and customer empathy skills.
  • Willing to learn on the job to tackle new responsibilities.
  • Leadership skills.
  • At least 3 years experience in a Specialty Coffee company.

Salary:
