  • 0 Saudi Arabia Saudi Arabia Contract Power Generation, T&D The administrative assistant role will be for the Neom GHE project site reporting to the Site Construction Manager.
    Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Daily and weekly progress reports and updating tracking systems.
  • Data Entry of timesheets and project costing.
  • Reception and general office duties.
  • Checking & sorting office equipment.
  • Collect all tickets, competencies, and certificates from all site personnel.
  • General IT maintenance of files, and document preparation.
  • Liaising with other departments for access to job sites; assisting with subcontractor/supervisor in their office queries
  • Organize and schedule appointments for site management if required.
  • Maintain a filing system.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures (visitor & employee guidelines)
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory management.
  • Maintain contact lists for directors.
  • Book travel arrangements for Site management
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports for site management.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Catering arrangements if required for meetings.

Skills

  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Education and Experience

  • Educated
- degree.

  • 34 years of related experience in construction environment
