SUMMARY OF THE ROLE


As a Interior Designer - Retail Concept, you will be responsible to Manage and develop Jotun's retail concept by implementing initiatives towards customers in line with regional priorities and direction to support and enhance Jotun's brand and products presence in the marketplace.

This position is based at Riyadh and will report to the Retail Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Jotun Shop Concept standard by monitoring the implementation of new shops and evaluating existing shops according to the regional guidelines to sustain Jotun brand image in the market and provide customers with an exceptional experience.
  • Provide and monitor execution of shop design as per the decorative segment guidelines to depict standard Multicolor concept across the country.
  • Build relationship with relevant suppliers, customers, or other stakeholders.
  • Make sure all new products launched get proper presentation in retail.
  • Conduct regular market visits and lead market evaluation on successful implementation of Retail Programs in the local market of Saudi Arabia.
  • Follow and evaluate competitor, market analysis and other relevant data as per business requirement.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Marketing or relevant.
  • 24 years of relevant experience in Retail Concept & Marketing.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English both verbally and written.
Location - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
