Pre-inspection to confirm the readiness of the activity as per requirement before raisingRFI, and correcting minor issues if have or holding the RFI if found major discrepancy.

Follow-up for RFI status to make sure if any comments raised by SC to correct the activity.

Responsible for inspection of received material to verify that the received material is in accordance with approved material submittals, material suppliers, country of origin, and testing/measuring with calibrated instruments, and then preparing and submission of MIR to have final inspection by SC for approval to dispatch for use at site.

Responsible for daily surveillance to confirm that on site activities are well maintained, synchronized with interconnected activities, drawings are of latest revision, material in use is approved, material storage and environment is as per requirement, and to determine risks and opportunities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


To inspect and verify the accuracy in dimension, quantity and location of reinforcement and other matters pertaining to rebar preparation.

To check the property of materials, the design mix and placement of concrete, this include consolidation of strength and durability, appearance and other matters pertaining to concrete.

Coordinate the timely completion of corrective action on NCR's and QIRs roused.
Gather samples for testing for different construction materialsVerify if tests passes the required specification.
To monitor production, QC Lab, Batching Plant operation and finish quality product.
Co‐ordinate with projects and procurement department to ensure the performance assessment and evaluation of subcontractors and major suppliers.
