PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains functional interface with construction personnel and project leadership on the projects in the
- assigned region.

  • Supports the Construction Operation Engineer in maintaining functional interface with construction team on their developmental opportunities, career discussions, and rotational assignments.
  • Maintains interface with Site Construction Management during rotational assignments for daytoday assignments, mentoring, and performance discussions.
  • Prepares job descriptions for new positions, maintains functional actions in the staffing database such as
  • TalentWorks.
  • Supports Manager of Construction and other functional teams with various functional activities.
  • Provides support in delivering functional trainings to project personnel.
  • Assist Manager of Construction with functional audits and reviews on the project.
  • Supports talent development activities such as career progression discussions, professional certifications.
  • Maintains employee database, prepares functional presentations, and assist Manager of Construction with
- various other functional deliverables.

  • Assist in the development of project proposals, construction contracts.
  • Conducts constructability reviews.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Typically requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and a minimum of 5 years of
- relevant experience or 8 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree

  • Thorough knowledge of all phases of construction operations relating to field activities, field engineering
- disciplines, construction technologies and project management.

  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office tools and utilization of other automation tools used in the EPC industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Bechtel Construction Standard Work Process Procedures (SWPP).
  • Knowledge of the Six Sigma program
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with others from diverse industry and cultural

  • Selfmotivated individual with ability to work independently and exercise professional judgment,
