The Role:


Our Resident Trainers work in store and lead by example to ensure all staff uphold the level of professionalism and customer service that is expected of them.


You will:

  • Identify counter training needs with Retail Managers and meet those needs through ononone support.
  • Communicate with the Retail Manager the employees' performance, ability, and morale
  • Support Trainers, L&D Managers and/or Operations Managers in skills assessment within the recruitment process.
  • Support new product/range launches through store presence at key events/promotions/campaigns.
