Fitness Coach

About us:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at Sports Specialties. As a Fitness Coach and Pilates instructor for our international franchise (Orangetheory Fitness /Club Pilates ) guiding the client towards achieving their fitness goals and ensuring a safe and enjoyable workout experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness assessments to determine clients current fitness level and track their progress over time.
• Provide guidance and support to clients during their workouts ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injuries.
• Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to complement their fitness goals.
• Keep uptodate with the latest fitness trends techniques and research to continuously improve and enhance clients workout experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout space ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition.
• Assist with marketing and promoting fitness programs and events to attract new clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fitness Coach or Personal Trainer.
• Bachelors degree in Exercise Science Kinesiology or a related field is preferred.
• Certified Personal Trainer through a recognized organization such as NASM ACE or ACSM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong motivational and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology anatomy and nutrition.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
