نحن نبحث عن معلم دعم التعلم مؤهل ومتحمس، سيكون جزءًا من فريق دعم الطلاب الممتاز لدينا. تتحمل هذه الوظيفة مسؤولية مساعدة الطلاب الذين هم من متعلمي اللغة الإنجليزية و/أو الطلاب الذين لديهم اختلافات في التعلم.

يشتمل دعم التعلم على مزيج من الدعم المستفاد والدمج. سيعمل معلم دعم التعلم مع معلمي الصف لتحديد أفضل وقت ومكان لدعم كل طالب.

مهام العمل

من المتوقع أن يقوم المرشح الناجح بما يلي:
يعمل معلم دعم التعلم (LST) مع الطلاب الذين يحتاجون إلى دعم إضافي في تنميتهم الأكاديمية والشخصية. قد تشمل وصف وظيفة معلم دعم التعلم المهام التالية:

- يظهر التزامًا بسلامة وأمان الأطفال والشباب (حماية الطفل)
- توفير الدعم الفردي والدعم الجماعي للطلاب الذين يحتاجون إلى مساعدة إضافية في تعلمهم
- التعاون مع معلمي الصف في وضع وتنفيذ خطط التعليم الفردية (IEPs) للطلاب الذين يعانون من صعوبات التعلم أو الإعاقات أو الاحتياجات الخاصة
- تقييم احتياجات وقدرات الطلاب لوضع خطة الدعم المناسبة التي تتناول متطلبات تعلمهم الفريدة
- استخدام مجموعة من الطرق التدريسية والموارد لاشراك الطلاب وتسهيل تعلمهم
- توفير الدعم في الصف الدراسي لضمان قدرة جميع الطلاب على الوصول إلى المناهج الدراسية والمشاركة في الأنشطة الصفية
- تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع الطلاب وأولياء الأمور والزملاء لضمان التواصل والدعم الفعالين
- رصد وتقييم تقدم الطلاب لتحديد نقاط قوة وضعف وضبط استراتيجيات الدعم وفقًا لذلك
- توفير التطوير المهني لمعلمي الصف وأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية الآخرين لمساعدتهم في دعم الطلاب ذوي احتياجات تعلم متنوعة
- تقديم المشورة الأساسية للطلاب
- أداء واجبات أخرى يكلف بها المدير ورؤساء الأقسام

المؤهلات والمعرفة

المرشح المثالي يجب أن يمتلك:

- درجة جامعية في مجال التخصص (يفضل درجة الماجستير)
- شهادة تدريس حالية في المجال المطلوب. يجب أن تكون الشهادة من مؤسسة معترف بها ومعترف بها على المستوى الوطني
- يجب أن يكون لدى معلمي الصف قدرة على إظهار الخبرة والشهادة ذات الصلة في تدريس برامج مدرسة مماثلة للموقف المتقدم له (مفضل)

الخبرة والمهارات

المرشح المثالي يجب أن يمتلك:

- خبرة سابقة كمعلم دعم التعلم / مستشار
- تنفيذ المنهاج الوطني لإنجلترا
- خبرة في استخدام Google Suite / Microsoft Office
- خبرة سابقة كـ SENCO

**المهارات**
- القدرة على إظهار سجل مستمر في التطوير المهني
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية، شفهية وكتابية
- مهارات بين شخصية جيدة في التفاعل مع الطلاب وأولياء الأمور والزملاء
- القدرة على الإشراف على الطلاب في إعدادات خارج الصف
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وفي فريق
- القدرة على قيادة نشاط بعد المدرسة
