Position: Electrical Supervisor/Engineer

Duty Hours: 10 hours overtime

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical workers on projects ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  
• Oversee the installation maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.
  
• Plan and implement electrical projects including resource allocation and scheduling.
  
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  
• Ensure all work is completed according to specifications codes and standards.
  
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work including progress reports and inventory.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  
• Provide training and guidance to junior electrical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  
• Ensure compliance with all company policies procedures and safety regulations.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering or supervision within India.
  
• Bachelor s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems maintenance and repair procedures.
  
• Familiarity with electrical codes safety standards and regulations.
  
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints schematics and technical drawings.

Main Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and other electrical workers. Plan and schedule projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates, maintain records, and file reports. Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is progressing according to project timelines. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain inventory of electrical supplies and ensure timely procurement of materials. Prepare and maintain documentation such as work reports, inspection reports, and maintenance logs. Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment. Train and mentor junior staff on best practices and safety procedures.
