HVAC Ducting Supervisor

Our client in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking to hire an HVAC Ducting Supervisor to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC ducting systems within their shipbuilding organization. The candidate will ensure activities meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

1. Direct and supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC ducting systems onboard vessels.
2. Act as a mentor to trainees in the HVAC ducting department, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.
3. Document trainee progress and provide feedback for their professional advancement.
4. Assess and certify HVAC ducting systems and personnel as per organizational and regulatory requirements.
5. Implement best practices in HVAC ducting operations and share knowledge to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
6. Ensure HVAC ducting activities adhere to top classification society standards and maintain accurate documentation.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of HVAC ducting activities.
8. Manage resources to optimize HVAC ducting processes and meet project deadlines.
9. Champion a safety culture by implementing safety protocols and conducting regular audits.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred. Additional certifications or training in HVAC ducting systems advantageous. Proficient English communication skills required. Certified assessor or eligibility to become one. Significant experience in HVAC ducting operations at shipbuilding organizations.
