Job Purpose

Provide process engineering guidance and technical expertise to ensure safe and sustained plant performance at MTBE plants.

Roles And Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical input for EHSS activities like MOCs, PHAs, HazOps, and PSERs.
  2. Support operating departments in achieving Sustainability KPIs.
  3. Conduct studies to assess plant conditions and improve safe performance and production capacity.
  4. Analyze new technical developments to propose facility improvements and handle technical service requests.
  5. Monitor operating parameters, optimize plant load, and assist in process project activities and modifications.
  6. Participate in feasibility studies, engineering, execution, and startup of site projects.
  7. Provide technical support in Mega projects and participate in plant startups, shutdowns, and reliability methodologies.
  8. Investigate process chronic problems and propose short/long-term solutions.
  9. Represent the company in communication with licensors and other entities to resolve technical issues.
Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. 10+ years of experience as a process engineer in the petrochemical industry at MTBE plants.
