Assure the timely purchase of equipment, services, and materials from approved suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring top-notch customer service. Streamline the purchasing process, optimize quality, minimize costs, and ensure compliance with all specifications.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop a work plan considering business priorities, vendor and end user needs. Understand the market dynamics, sourcing processes, and technical aspects.
• Evaluate the market to establish a vendor list meeting quality, safety, and financial criteria. Provide precise information to suppliers, validating technical requirements with end users.
• Procure products or services offering the best value in the market by analyzing economic and technical data from suppliers' proposals.
• Provide decision-making support through numerical analysis. Monitor processes, identify deviations, and implement enhancements.
• Ensure Purchase Orders and Contracts are fulfilled, and manage product logistics including transportation modes.
• Drive purchasing cycle enhancements by exploring new products, services, and suppliers to boost quality, cut costs, and reduce lead times for clients.
• Consider safety parameters for each purchase type and select suppliers accordingly (e.g., Safety indicators, HSE audits results).
• Coordinate activities for new contracts involving various departments within Exiros or clients' organizations like Quality, Safety, Legal, Supply Chain, etc.
• Communicate company HSE policies to suppliers for critical services. Uphold company standards and SOX regulations.
• Ensure compliance with SOX regulations for assigned activities.
