1. Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, etc.

  • Develop and maintain audit plans, schedules, and checklists to ensure comprehensive coverage of relevant processes and procedures.
  • Perform detailed evaluations of quality management systems, environmental management systems, information security management systems, and other relevant processes.
  • Identify non-conformities, deficiencies, and areas for improvement during audits and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with department heads and process owners to develop corrective action plans to address audit findings.
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective actions to ensure effectiveness and compliance with ISO standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to departments in implementing best practices and ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to ISO standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions taken.
  • Assist with external audits conducted by certification bodies or regulatory agencies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quality management, engineering, environmental science, or information technology.
  • Certification as an ISO Lead Auditor or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience working in a quality assurance, environmental management, or information security role, with specific experience in ISO auditing.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO standards relevant to the organization's operations (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in audit techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience with audit software and tools is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for audits, if required.
