Responsible for conducting different research, data collection and processes analysis, in addition to the day-to-day communications with different stakeholders supporting the department's functions.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develops statistical tools to measure and analyze variances between actual and planned activities, suggesting alternative plans in case of divergences, guided by the instructions of assigned team leader.
  • Sources, scrubs, mines and integrates relevant data sources to develop insights; identifies and monitors competitive trends through data and makes recommendations on responses or actions as appropriate.
  • Gathers market data for strategic analysis and strategic planning.
  • Supports the development of high-impact data analytics projects focused on supporting key strategic initiatives / projects and programs for the Hospital.
  • Develops and maintains repositories of knowledge relating to business success drivers, healthcare industry trends, regulatory issues, and the competitive marketplace.
  • Oversees day-to-day communications with different research / data analytics vendors.
  • Supports the department team in preparing reports to senior management and/or committees.
  • Ensures adherence to the Hospital's information security policies and procedures, and reports breaches or other security risks accordingly.
  • Follows all Hospital policies and procedures.
  • Participates in self and other's education, training and development, as applicable.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education:

Master's, or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or other related discipline is required.

Experience Required:

One (1) year of related experience with Master's, or three (3) years with Bachelor's Degree is required.

Other Requirements(Certificates):

Saudi National Only.
