  • Relevant experienced in GCC is a plus (Saudi Arabia)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the dining
room, kitchen staff, and other service areas.

  • Tasked with ensuring high standards of sanitation and safety,
supervising staff, and providing exceptional service to guests.

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate dining and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in the dining room and kitchen areas.
  • Coordinate service of meals with chefs, kitchen staff, and catering
staff.

  • Ensure food safety requirements are met.
  • Monitor inventories of food supplies and order as necessary.
  • Schedule staff shifts and assign duties.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate to higher staff when
necessary.

  • Ensure all safety and sanitation guidelines are maintained and
enforced
