كمساعد في المستودع ، ستكون مسؤولاً عن التحكم في تدفق المخزون من خلال المستودع ، ومراقبة البضائع المراد إدخالها وإخراجها ، وتحريك العناصر والتعامل معها بأمان وكفاءة ، والحفاظ على سجلات المخزون. من المتوقع أيضًا أن تقدم الدعم لفرق الخدمات اللوجستية من حيث إعداد الشحن والوثائق.
بصفتك مساعد مستودع ، فأنت مسؤول عن:
- المسؤول عن استلام وتفتيش وتعامل وتخزين وتحديد وصرف المواد
- الحفاظ على جميع الوثائق والسجلات المتعلقة بالتخزين
- حجر المواد العيبة / الناقصة بعيدًا عن المخزون
- مراقبة والحفاظ على مستويات المخزون ، وتعرف وتكون على دراية تامة بمجموعة منتجات Gates
- المساعدة في أخذ / تسجيل المخزون في فترات مناسبة.
- التأكد من إنشاء وسائل / طرق ملائمة لتحديد الهوية وتتبع المخزون.
- اتباع التعليمات الأمنية اللازمة ، وتعليمات العمل القابلة للتطبيق ، وإجراءات التشغيل ، والبيانات الوصفية ، إلخ.
- الإبلاغ عن جميع الحوادث والأحداث والظروف والأفعال غير الآمنة للمشرفين / ضابط السلامة.
- توفير التدريب على العمل لأعضاء الفريق الجدد والحاليين في الإدارة
- التأكد من أن المستودع نظيف وآمن ، وأن جميع المنتجات موضوعة في مكانها المناسب
- اتباع التعليمات الأمنية اللازمة ، وتعليمات العمل القابلة للتطبيق ، وإجراءات التشغيل ، بيان طريقة العمل الخ.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع المعايير وإجراءات الجودة الخاصة بالشركة (ISO) وتقديم المشورة إلى قسم الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة بشأن أي مشكلات عدم الامتثال
- التأكد من أن العمليات والممارسات تتطابق مع المعايير واللوائح والرموز الدولية
- بالإضافة إلى ساعات العمل العادية ، قد يُطلب منك العمل في ساعات إضافية عند الحاجة من قبل الأعمال / الأعباء العمل

الخبرة المطلوبة:

- القدرة على حل المشاكل البسيطة.
