Formulating of Inks/ Paints and performing.

  • Testing of Raw materials and finished goods related inks.
  • Handle new product development activity.
  • BS degree in Chemistry or a science
  • 5-10 years' experience with formulating inks/coatings/polymers
  • Must demonstrate general knowledge of math and word problems.
  • Have excellent communication and leadership skills beyond the laboratory department, mainly in dealing with customers and possible issues
  • Well organized analytical and project management approach to formulating inks and coatings
  • Good communication skills both oral and written
  • Must be able to work in an organized and clean manner.
  • Basic understanding and usage of Microsoft Office products such as Office. Excel. Access and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of pre-press, printing and lamination process.
  • Operating experience & knowledge on X-Rite Spectrod ensitometers, Rub Tester, Ink Mixing Programs and apparatus, MSDS materials, Proofing equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
  • Effective communication and report writing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of applicable software to infer statistical data
