Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE
Execution of assigned tasks and work orders related to all types of Electrical & Controls maintenance and any engineering
related works in safe, efficient and cost-effective manner within the given time frames.
Key Skills/Experience Required - specific education/certification, specific functional experience, language etc. needed for the
job to tackle

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Electrical & Instrumentation with minimum of 2 years Technical experience
• LT & MCC, feeder panels & control panels principles background and knowledge
• Industrial equipment Troubleshooting handson experience & Pneumatics cylinders, valves principles background
• Electrical & control drawings read & write
• PLC, SCADA & Instrumentation knowledge
• Electrical safety standards awareness
• Maintenance planning & execution system awareness

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Completion of preventative and predictive maintenance inspections and electrical and/or mechanical repairs for all

equipment within area of responsibility

• Execute daily assigned work & manage through emergency breakdowns
• Support in root cause and prevention of future downtime events
• Work collaboratively with technicians and other departments across the site to reduce downtime, safety and quality

risks. Solving technical problems and identifying the actions and parts requirement.

• Effective communication for shift handover, work order feedback, production meetings, and activity coordination

between other shifts

• Respond to all technical problems within the assigned area and making sure proper actions are identified and taken
• Above average troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues in a diverse, fast paced environment
• Achieving the Line availability & Equipment readiness.
• Daily shift reporting & Shutdown activities report preparation.
• Follow & review of PEMM (PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology) improvement plan throughout the year.
• The overall responsibility for performing assigned Work Orders as well as other tasks by the supervisor/manager and

maintain SAP PM & CM Work orders status updates and closure.

• Executing the maintenance schedules to maintain the plant equipment within given engineering standards.
• Maintain and implement Food safety & Quality standards.
• Actively participate in Resources Conservation initiatives and activities.
• Adhere to and complete the necessary trainings through PepsiCo platforms.

• Ensure all requirements of the safety policies are adhere to. To implement, sustain and participate in the continual

improvement of the EHS Management System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo
GEHSMS and relevant EHS & Electrical standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all
activities/areas are in place and EHS targets are achieved
