Key Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities

Participates in the development and implementation of CEO set out special initiatives and projects in line with the corporate objectives.

Directs and manages the and CEO PMO Department mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.

Manages and controls change in the CEO PMO function providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement.

Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the CEO PMO Function

Core Responsibilities

Manages CEO ad-hoc requests and sensitive initiatives related to the company.

Follow-up on behalf of CEO with center3 chiefs and their teams to request updates and follow-ups on key areas.

Manages the establishment of project governance structure and platforms to monitor projects performance and key corporate subjects (steering committees and BoD outcomes).

Ensures delivery of accurate and timely reports.

Manages executives' meetings, corporate committees' management and BoD meetings reports.

Provides optimal portfolio value and document all key decisions and action items.

Provides data analysis, insights, and research to aid the CEO in making informed strategic decisions.

Acts as a liaison between the CEO and other departments.

Handles complex correspondence, emails, and inquiries on behalf of CEO.

People Management Responsibilities

Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective application of the Center3 management process.

Directs planning and selection of manpower in the CEO PMO Function, in line with the business and operational plans.

Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on – going feedback and coaching team members within the CEO PMO Function.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent

Master's degree in business administration is preferred

Professional Certifications Preferred

Relevant certifications in Project Management such as:

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).

PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)

Project Management Professional (PMP)

Program Management Professional (PgMP)

PRINCE2 Certification

Years of Experience

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 2 - 3 years in a similar role.

Nature of Experience

Prior experience in project management function.

Job Specific Skills

Project management skills, prior experience to lead projects to ensure meeting goals, staying within budget, delivering on time

Planning, budgeting, and risk management skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Monitoring and evaluation, reporting skills
