Job Overview:

The System Engineer plays a crucial role in constructing, managing, and troubleshooting the IT infrastructure and operating systems. They collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, design, and upgrade systems while supervising a group of System Engineers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Administer and oversee IT infrastructure operations
• Tackle issues and optimize performance
• Offer initial and secondary support to IT infrastructure and end-users
• Create and maintain troubleshooting guides for end-users
• Develop and update end-user manuals for system usage
• Maintain and update IT infrastructure with the latest technologies
• Review and authorize Microsoft security patches
• Provide necessary OS support and VMware management

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, an associated engineering field, or equivalent
• Saudi National
• Located in Jubail
• Brings more than 5 years of experience in Virtualization and Citrix
• Proficient in VSAN & VMware vCloud
• Expertise in Designing, installing, configuring, patching, troubleshooting, and testing VMware infrastructure
• Technical proficiency in various Infrastructure domains (servers, Citrix, virtualization, Linux, Windows, database, storage, network)
• Strong communication skills for effective interactions (verbal and written)
• Capable of providing quality assurance services in the Infrastructure domain (evaluating and enhancing current ITIL processes, trend analysis, and enhancements)
• Holds an advanced professional certification in VMware, Hyper-V, and/or equivalent
• Completion of training or possession of a professional certification in VMware vSAN: Management and equivalent
• Independently manages the operations and maintenance of Virtualization Infrastructure services using VMware and Hyper-V solutions alongside Citrix
