Responsibilities:

  • Create and update all legal documents necessary for our operations.
  • Manage and handle legal documents, procedures, and requirements related to employees.
  • Perform Misarelated tasks.
  • Conduct commercial registration processes in Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of company articles.
  • Navigate and utilize the government laborrelated portal in KSA.
  • Register and manage accounts on platforms such as Muqem, Qiwa, GOSI, and other relevant sites.
  • Interact with customers and provide them with appropriate guidelines.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Immediate availability to join the position.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • 06 months of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Immediate availability.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (required)

Language:

  • English (required)
