We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dissertation Writing Guide and Coach to assist students in completing their dissertations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and coaching students through the dissertation writing process, providing feedback and support to ensure successful completion. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of academic writing, research methodology, and the dissertation process. The candidate must also possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to students in the dissertation writing process.
  • Assist students in developing their research questions, hypotheses, and methodologies.
  • Provide feedback on students drafts, including suggestions for revision and improvement.
  • Help students with organization, structure, and formatting of their dissertations.
  • Provide assistance with literature review and citation management.
  • Help students navigate the dissertation defense process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dissertation writing trends and developments.

Requirements
  • PhD in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in guiding and coaching students through the dissertation writing process.
  • Strong understanding of academic writing standards, research methodology, and the dissertation process.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with academic referencing styles (e.g. APA, MLA, Chicago).
