Siemens Mobility KSA is part of the BACS consortium which is responsible for the design and build of Lines 1 and 2 of the Riyadh metro networks.

Today, we are recruiting a Tarining Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

  • Basic knowledge of Competency Management System (CMS)
  • Organize trainings and supervises all participants of training measures.
  • Organize trainthetrainer trainings.
  • Supporting of the training manager in all his duties.
  • Organize training of experts in their relevant field.
  • Responsibility for the safety of groups of trainees together with the EHS team.
  • Analysis of needs for trainings in cooperation with the concerned departments.
  • Monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of the individual training programs.
  • Elaboration of documentation for training activities.
  • Clarification of training objectives and performance criteria prior to the commencement of the training.
  • Provision of advice for the most effective methods of training.
  • Initiating the conduction of additional trainings in coordination with the training manager.
  • Supporting the training manager with administrative work.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or any relevant degree from reputable university or College.
  • Experience in same function ideally with the same capacity
  • Very good level of English language. Arabic is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Peopleperson, qualityoriented and resultsdriven.
  • Saudi National.
