Chemicals company is actively recruiting a
R&D Chemist for their
Jeddah office.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Plan, formulate, test, and evaluate ingredients and raw materials.
  • Conduct research, present creative ideas and develop new products.
  • Develop, improve, and customize equipment, products, formulas, analytical methods, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory health and safety guidelines.
  • Write technical results reports, prepare specifications and testing standards.
  • Refine chemical products to improve their quality.
  • Maintain lab equipment and troubleshoot or report on malfunctions.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Bachelor's Degree with minimum 4 year's relevant experience or master's degree with minimum 2 year's relevant experience

  • Creative, detailed, organized and resourceful.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to travel as required.
