What you'll be doing
Our Perfumes Expert is responsible for achieving optimum sales and targets by ensuring a high level of customer service and professional standards and is responsible for giving perfume advice to their clients and guiding them through perfumes and allergies routines with suitable products.
Address customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services
Communicate with customers to assess their needs, aid in satisfying those needs and meeting or surpassing customers' expectations
Guarantee regular follow up of customers via services
Strive for a maximum occupancy and keep a schedule of VIP appointments in the different stores
Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
Demonstrate usage and benefits of various products
Provide in-store team with coaching on product knowledge and Guest service
Flag all non-conformities in product merchandising and display
Push fragrance sales during events, promotions and launches
Achieve individual sell-out targets
Ensure team adherence to Brand guidelines
Generate monthly reports on customer data base, coaching overview and competitor activity
Participate in Brand PR events when required
Perform services during local events/podiums
Develop a goodwill relationship with journalists and give tips and tricks
Maintain a close working relationship with Store Managers and Supervisors
Identify gaps in the market through baselining and competitor performance watch (product launch, events, animation, etc ); report all findings to Sales Manager
