As we expand our product portfolio and global presence through a growing client portfolio, our Delivery & Projects department is looking to hire a regional customer-facing Project Manager to manage successful end-to-end or partial deployments of Nozomi Networks solutions to meet customer and stakeholder expectations, support the creation of Professional Services engagements efforts estimates and preparation of Statements of Work, and partake in managing internal initiatives that align with our company strategies, liaising with internal teams / departments such as Product, Engineering, logistics, sales, and other departments as seen appropriate and necessary.

In this role you will:

Customer Facing Projects

  • Lead customer facing engagements by working closely with Professional Services Delivery Consultants as well as Partners and OEM's.
  • Manage multiple implementations concurrently.
  • Ensure efficient delivery of projects according to project timelines and contractual obligations.
  • Proactively track, monitor and report on project budget, timelines, deliverables, and possible Customer escalations.
  • Manage Risks, Issues, Stakeholder expectations and scope changes effectively.
  • Provide consistent status reporting for all stakeholders, to ensure timely aware of successes, risks, and projects' status.
  • Undertake project cadence calls with Customers or Partners whenever necessary.
  • Motivate and drive project members to tight deadlines, removing blocks and understanding when escalation is needed to avoid scope creep and impact to the deployment/release and business.
  • Own project & program tasks and keep team members accountable and aware of upcoming deadlines.
  • Prepare delivery acceptance documentation according to T&Cs, obtain customers signature, and share with Finance Team for invoicing.
  • Properly and effectively manage and store all projectrelated documentations endtoend.
  • Able to draw Lessons Learned from every project as applicable to improve Project Delivery performance on future projects.
  • Ability to generate individual project dashboards and visualizations for Customer presentation is a plus
Professional Services Proposals

  • Work closely with the sales organisation to define customers' requirements.
  • Work with Professional Services Delivery Manager and other project managers to prepare Professional Services proposals and Statements of Works and prepare efforts estimates, budgets and effort duration.
  • Review statements of work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that agreed upon Statements of Work are fully executed (signed by Customer and countersigned by Nozomi Networks Professional Services Senior Director), shared with relevant recipients, and stored in their appropriate file repository.
Internal Projects and Initiatives Management

  • Define and share opportunities of improvements to enhance and increase service delivery and team efficiency.
  • Manage Projects cross functional internal initiatives end to end.
  • Drive cross functional collaboration.
  • Maintain, partake and update work procedures of new or enhanced processes.
  • Provide strategic guidance to team members in ways that promote the company's procedures and policies.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and clients technology based deployments.
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Excellent communication with the ability to communicate to all levels of seniority both internally and externally.
  • Strong and proven project management skills
  • Experience in driving and preparing services proposals and statements of work.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (OpenAir, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and detailoriented characteristics.
  • BSc/BA diploma in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related technical discipline
  • Certification in Project Management or equivalent (such as PMI-PMP or PRINCE2)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle confrontation when necessary
  • Knowledge in project analytics dashboards is a plus
  • Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
  • A dedicated goalsoriented attitude.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.
  • Good working written and spoken English proficiency
  • Experience in the government sector and managing government sector projects.
  • Must have working knowledge and proficiency in
    Arabic language.
  • Working knowledge of French language is a plus
