Job Description:

The Role


The Talent Acquisition Partner will work with a wide variety of internal stakeholders, hiring managers and peers to deliver a first-class, 'end to end,' recruitment experience for all parties.

You will build solid relationships at management level with leaders in your client group and work with them to fulfil their current hiring needs through a mixture of self-sourcing and the management of third-party providers.


A key focus for this role is to develop and build a network and pipeline of high-quality local talent, who are interested in developing a career within this newly emerging and exciting events industry in KSA.

Either through, self-sourcing, establishing strong relationships with local recruitment agencies or developing positive relationships with local KSA universities.


In partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager in Dubai, you will be tasked with understanding the future needs of the departments you support and be responsible for developing sourcing strategies to deliver our resource plans on time, and attracting the right quality of talent into Tahaluf.


Recruitment Focus

  • Working with managers to create consistent high quality job profiles and ensuring they are uploaded onto Smart Recruiters in a timely fashion.
  • Champion diversity with an unbiased and progressive approach in our recruitment practices through continuous learning, teachings, and communication to actively progress our diversity in people and thinking.
  • Support Tahaluf overall digital and data commercial transformation strategy by collaborating with senior leadership on driving internal and crossdivisional synergies, with a focus on helping to define and regularly calibrate identified talent profiles.

Team Dynamics and Representative

  • Partner with the Head of HR to create a collaborative team environment that balances the strengths of each individual teammate, sharing responsibilities and priorities as appropriate, meeting targets, and achieving performance goals that include receiving and providing regular, meaningful feedback. Promoting workplace diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and work/life balance will be a key component of this role.

Key Stakeholder Relationships

  • Collaborate with the Head of HR and local HR Manager and the Reward Team to share market trend knowledge and develop crossfunctional strategies to attract and retain talent through competitive compensation packages and offers.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team on building out the annual resource plans and working with them on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure any reforecasting is captured correctly and the SAP and Smart Recruiters information are aligned at all times.
  • Partner with the Head of HR on wider HR projects and attend meetings with key stakeholders to better understand the wider HR agenda for the business portfolios.

Reporting, Analysis & Compliance

  • Work closely with the Head of HR with producing meaningful data analysis coupled with insights to share with stakeholders and HR leadership. Focus on agreed to areas such as quality of hire rating, diversity, retention and use technology to collaborate as a team to analyze process flows and pinch points.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

Background Knowledge, Skills & Experience


You could be an agency recruiter who wants to make the move in-house, or an in-house recruiter ready for the next step - what we're after is an organised, passionate, smart, focused and proactive hunter of talent who can work in a fast-moving environment and engage even the most passive talent.


  • Previous inhouse endtoend recruitment experience, and ideally it would be great if you had some agency experience too.
  • You have a natural ability to build relationships, and influence without being pushy.
  • Provide guidance on appropriate interview techniques and questions; oversee scheduling and logistics of interviews when necessary
  • You have an eye for detail, nothing gets past you.
  • You will jump in and help your team without thinking twice
