Oversees portfolio, program and project governance across the organization and ensures governance controls andgating processes are effectively managed and applied all Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)Governance & Reporting department Activities.

Develop and Maintain Portfolio, Program, Projects standards,processes and tools.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develops, implements, continuously monitors and updates as necessary the division's goals, objectives,policies and procedures and other official documents.
  • Oversees orientation and on-boarding processes of new hires to enhance staff experience at theOrganization.
  • Supports and monitors Saudization within the Organization, including priority in promotion.
  • Participates in selecting, recruiting, training, retaining, and evaluating assigned personnel. Maintains apositive working environment to implement policies, correct deficiencies and implements disciplineprocedures. Delegates authorities, and establishes and maintains a formal means of accountability on thepart of subordinates.
  • Assigns work, establishes priorities, monitors performance and submits periodical clear and conciseadministrative and financial reports for all assigned services/functions.
  • Ensures governance structure, roles and responsibilities and delegation of authority matrices are up-todate, communicated to EPMO stakeholders and implemented on all levels of portfolio, program andproject management.
  • Leads on the change control process and ensure that related processes, forms and templates are up-todate, and lead on the activities of processing change requests, assesses their impact and makes adecision on the requests within the job holder's remit.
  • Facilitates change requests escalation to the EPMO director and provides recommendation onapproving/rejecting/deferring the change.
  • Facilitates the mitigation of program-level and project-level risks and resolution of issues as required. Andescalate risks issues as per the approved process and follow-up on mitigation and resolution results.
  • Reviews all reports and dashboards prepared by the reporting officer and communicate to EPMOleadership and committees.
  • Provides input on analysis of portfolio, program and project performance report and highlights keyfindings.
  • Manages the benefits tracking process and ensure benefits realization results are accurately measuredand communicated.
  • Conducts periodical audit on the EPMO digital tool and assess the accuracy.14. Follows all Organization's related Policies and Procedures.
  • Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.
  • Performs any other related tasks, as assigned.

Education:

PhD, Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration,Engineering, Information Technology or other related discipline is required.

Experience Required:

Six (6) years with Ph.

D., nine (9) years with Master's, or eleven (11) years withBachelor's Degree of related professional experience in a large Hospital, Healthcareinstitution, government institution, Business Corporation, with at least four (4) years in asenior/supervisory or managerial capacity is required.


Other Requirements(Certificates):

  • Saudi National Only. ?
  • Certified of Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required for Engineers. ?
  • Professional Certificates in Portfolio, or Program, or Project Management, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) or other related certificates is required
