Knowledge of operating systems (Windows macOS Linux) and familiarity with common software applications.

  • Understanding of computer hardware components peripherals and mobile devices.
  • Basic understanding of network protocols TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN etc.
  • Experience with remote desktop support and remote troubleshooting tools.
  • Familiarity with cloudbased services and collaboration tools (Office 365 G Suite etc.).
Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools for system performance and availability.

  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and colleagues.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Strong understanding of system development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

  • Proficiency in analyzing and documenting system requirements including functional and nonfunctional requirements.
  • Ability to create system design specifications and wireframes.
  • Experience in system integration and data migration projects.
  • Understanding of system testing and quality assurance processes.
