Position Summary
To manage the goods receipt, storage, material handling and issuance of materials.

To manage JVCo. GRO related support services (Asharqia Chamber, Saudi Business Center, Qiwa, GOSI, ARAMCO ID Application at Ras Tanura, Muror / Tamm, Muqeem, Insurance Etc.)

Task and Responsibilities

Warehouse Supervisor

  • Ensure review and submission of Goods receipts in SAP.
  • Ensure procedures and systems for all materials transactions are in compliance.
  • Ensure material preservation systems in line with manufacturer's recommendations and good marine practice.
  • Proper storage, monitoring and replenishing of contract items and bulk products like diesel and gases.
  • Ensure that all transactions records are updated accurately in a timely manner.
  • Design and implement efficient storage solutions for the stock material and other material as required and to check on the condition of existing racking systems.
  • Review and implement new processes using the latest technology to improve the warehouse operations.
  • Provide required resources for all stores related activity to be carried out safely and efficiently both in terms of manpower and equipment.
  • Ensure that the stocks of materials are kept at an optimal level to support operational requirements.
  • Monitor and report on all quality related statistics for the department.
  • Maintain clear traceability of Warehouse movement and transfer.
  • Possesses valid Saudi driving license and is willing to support business mobilisation using personal vehicle.
  • Possess forklift driving license (preferred)

GRO Admin Support

  • Understand and able to manage Saudi Government Related (GRO) supports for ops team in area such as.
  • Business Related GRO Support: Asharqia Chamber, Saudi Business Center (Annual license renewal and compliance check)
  • HR Related GRO Support: Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Insurance Etc (Updating of HR related info)
  • Good spoken & written English, Arabic and good interpersonal skills.
  • Wide knowledge of material handling and warehouse procedures.
  • Familiarity with materials used in a marine environment.
  • Must possess good communications and engagement skills with Saudi Gov Bodies. (GRO)
