We are playing a key role on one of the most iconic giga projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, arguably one of the largest projects in the world.

This project involves PMC services for design & construction management and supervision of manufacturing / fabrication of Modules (high-rise buildings).

Apart from the technical works that are needed for the project delivery and as this development is a never-before-seen in a totally new untouched land, strong communications messaging is required both within the project teams and externally.


Based onsite supporting a mega project in Tabuk, the Interface Management Director will play a key role in enabling the implementation of the physical delivery of assets.

This role has key accountability for the management of interfaces that can impact time, cost and physical integration.


The Interface Management Director will demonstrate the ability to lead, manage and co-ordinate multifaceted reviews relating to interface management, ensuring that all appropriate experts and stakeholders are involved and consulted appropriately.

This is about doing what is right for the overall programme rather than individual projects within the programme.

Being experienced in co-ordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders, drawing on influencing skills to deliver acceptable outcomes for all parties, the Interface MD will be able to manage change effectively, prioritising and directing targeted levels of effort to ensure positive outcomes and controls are implemented to mitigate risk to project delivery.


Here's What You'll Need:

  • Ability to demonstrate multidisciplinary knowledge and substantial onsite delivery experience.
  • Complex multidisciplinary interface experience, having proven experience in organisation coordination and data sharing, with welldeveloped resolution skills; enabling winwin solutions.
  • Possess practical knowledge of design & integration management and construction management.
  • Able to effectively communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the business (verbal and written).
  • Experience in construction activities and strong awareness of risk, mitigations and control measures.
  • Coordinate multidisciplined teams through effective communication, delegation and team leadership.
  • Able to demonstrate systematic and logical thinking and experience in an environment where there are many data flows, differing project teams, departments with potentially competing requirements.
  • Capable in developing and implementing continuous improvement.
