- **Project Planning and Execution**:
  • Lead the planning and execution of mixed
  • use development projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including site supervisors, engineers, and support staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth within the organization.

Quality Control and Assurance:

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure construction activities meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
  • Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain project quality and integrity.

Cost Management and Budgeting:

  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying variances and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
  • Review and approve contractor invoices, change orders, and other financial documents.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and clients.

Risk Management and Compliance:

  • Identify potential risks and hazards associated with construction activities and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Proactively address any legal or regulatory issues that may arise during the course of the project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on mixeduse development projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing largescale construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Indepth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is a plus.
