Wedding Planner

We are currently seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of weddings, from initial consultations with clients to overseeing the execution of the event. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in event planning and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision and budget for their wedding
- Assist clients in selecting venues, vendors, and other services necessary for their wedding
- Create detailed timelines and budgets for each wedding event
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure all services are delivered as promised
- Attend and oversee wedding rehearsals, ceremonies, and receptions
- Manage the setup and breakdown of decorations and equipment at the venue
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the entire planning process

Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning is required, preferably in weddings or related events
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in time management and meeting tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Preferred:
