  • Manage the whole sector and its projects.
  • Report progress on site.
  • Monitor the activities and report on any potential issues.
  • Work closely with senior management.
  • Follow up on the Developer and his team with respect to the quality on-site.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Extracts engineering information from CAD drawings.
  • Prepares engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs.
  • Completes a variety of assignments such as drawings, specifications, and other materials suitable for procurement and construction purposes. Frequently interfaces with other Engineering disciplines as well as other departments.
  • Prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.
  • Reviews supplier-drawing submittals and performs technical bid analyses.
  • Prepares and issues specifications, datasheets, and other construction documents.
  • Provides technical guidance to lower-level Engineers working on the same project.
  • May be required to provide the seal and signature ofthe professional engineer, as appropriate, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances.
  • May act in an advisory capacity to senior management personnel on engineering-related matters.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as assigned.
  • Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent from an accredited university in KSA.
  • 10+ years of experience in a construction management/supervision role.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Experience working on High-rise buildings projects is a must.
