Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute investor relations strategies, ensuring effective communication and engagement with our investors.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to attract highnetworth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate updates.
  • Lead the fundraising efforts for our funds, including preparing marketing materials, conducting presentations, and managing the due diligence process.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to provide comprehensive and accurate reporting on fund performance, investment activities, and market trends.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes and respond to investor inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investors and market trends, supporting the development of investor targeting strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and investor sentiment, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in private equity, investment banking, or investor relations, with a focus on fundraising and managing investor relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of private equity investment strategies, financial analysis, and fund management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities, with a persuasive and professional communication style.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
  • Proactive and resultsdriven approach, with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential investor information.
