Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6, encompassing all construction phases, milestones, and dependencies, with a specific focus on technology, ELV, and ICT activities.

Resource Allocation: Collaborate with project stakeholders to allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and adherence to budget constraints.

Risk Management: Identify potential schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.

Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination among project teams to ensure alignment with objectives and schedule requirements.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and change orders.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing project planning and scheduling methodologies.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with DGCL standards and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in construction project planning and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 software with demonstrated ability to manage complex project schedules.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to address potential schedule conflicts and constraints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in project documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Knowledge of construction industry best practices, regulations, and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with other project management software such as Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera P
  • Familiarity with construction methodologies like Agile, Lean Construction, or Six Sigma.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Previous experience in construction project management or fieldwork is advantageous
