Adhere to the Duty Plan and safety guidelines to meet the needs of the daily operations and special/additional events.

  • Adherence and flexibility with duty roster/schedule whenever required.
  • Ensure the stations and bikes for cleanliness, safety, and operability.
  • Carry out basic repetitive tasks such as cleaning parts, passing tools, preparing bikes for use, etc.
  • Report identified repairs accurately for bike mechanics.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Provide positive customer interactions in the field and assist with registration, renting, or returning of bikes.
  • Work closely with Mechanics to ensure bikes are available and properly functioning.
  • Timely acknowledgment of Customer complaints on Slack and respond once completed.
  • This position may require frequent or prolonged standing, sitting, bicycling, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 30 kg.

  • Ability to communicate, read and write English.
  • Maintain a positive attitude within the team and work environment.
  • Willingness to work outdoors.
  • Respect cultural differences.
  • Ability to follow instructions and execute assigned tasks.
  • Willingness to work on holidays (when required).
  • Must be able to have the ability to work various shifts, as assigned.
  • Enthusiastically adapt to changes in the work environment
  • Follow instructions, respond to management direction, communicate frequently, and regularly share feedback to improve performance

Pay:
ریال1,350.00 per month
