Workplace Options est ravie de proposer un poste de coach bien- tre bas soit dans ses bureaux de La Garenne-Colombes, soit dans ceux de Villeneuve d Ce poste implique un travail en mode hybride, c est- -dire en partie en t l travail chez soi, et en partie en pr sentiel au Le/la coach bien- tre fera partie dune quipe internationale et il incombera cette personne d animer des s ances virtuelles de coaching et de proposer des produits sur la pleine Ces produits en question incluent des s ances d accompagnement pour arr ter de fumer, am liorer son bien- tre ou plus g n ralement sa vie, et ils incluent galement le programme Aware sur la pleine

Responsabilit s :

  • Nouer et entretenir des liens avec les clients du service Suivi des clients conform ment aux normes du d partement pour garantir un plein engagement des G rer les suivis, les notes, les rendez-vous dans la base de donn es de gestion des dossiers d
  • Instauration r ussie d un mod le d accompagnement/coaching bas sur des entretiens
  • Prestation de s ances de coaching par t l phone et vid
  • Prestation d un programme sur la pleine conscience par t l
  • Travail selon des horaires diff rents, allant potentiellement de 8h00 16h30, de 12h30 21h00 ou de 14h30 23h00 en

  • Excellentes comp tences relationnelles, et de communication crite et

  • Tr s fortes comp tences d analyse, de gestion du temps et d organisation, en plus d une attention port e au service

Requirements
  • Niveau licence ou
  • Trois cinq ans d exp rience en tant que coach bien- tre/sant ou d activit professionnelle dans ces domain
